1. The services offered on the site are only available to persons who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law (in the US, those 18 years of age or older).
2. Services are done on a best-effort basis and come with no guarantees (more info ).
3. Fees for webhost/domain consultation are non-refundable.
4. Fees for installation/configuration and theme assistance/customization are refundable, less financial institutions' transaction charges, only upon failure to create a functional web site (more info ).
5. Purchases of additional support may be canceled. Refunds will be for the remaining, unused monthly support periods. Refunds will not be prorated by the day or week.
6. Support and documentation of installed web applications is limited to Joomla CMS, Drupal CMS, SMF forum, phpBB forum, Menalto Gallery, Coppermine gallery, Serendipity blog and WordPress blog. Other requested web applications will be installed sans support and documentation (more info ).
